The historic brick buildings and the natural beauty that surround Clermont, Iowa make it an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts and history lovers alike. Each year, Heritage Farm Park, located at the east end of Clermont, sponsors a Civil War re-enactment complete with a living history encampment. On the west end of town is the Turkey River, a prime spot for canoeing and viewing the natural beauty of the land.
